There is a co-payment of $40 for approved ACC claims at the initial consultation and second consultation for the claim. 40 Minute follow ups, follow ups booked four months or more after the last appointment for the claim or post operative appointments will incur a $40 copayment. A late cancellation fee of $40 applies to appointments cancelled without notifying the clinic 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A DNA (Did not attend) fee of $40 applies to appointments you fail to attend. Overdue accounts may incur a $10 monthly statement fee. Two or more DNA/Late cancelations will result in future appointments being cancelled and your GP/referrer and funder being informed. No further appointments will be booked. Splinting costs are covered by ACC in most circumstances. Exercise equipment and consumables are not covered, discuss costs with your hand therapist.

Private fees vary from $90 to $130. An Initial consultation is $130. Follow up consultations are $90 (20 minute consultation), $110 (30 minute consultation) and $130 (40 minute consultation). Splinting, consumables and exercise equipment are additional to this, please discuss the costs with your hand therapist during your appointment. Payment is expected on the day. Receipts can be provided for insurance purposes. Private Health Insurance may cover some of your costs depending on your policy - please check your policy wording for hand therapy cover.
