Payment is expected at the time of treatment at The Hand Therapists.
Receipts can be provided for insurance purposes. Please check your insurance policy for hand therapy cover prior to the appointment.
EFTPOS, Credit Card and Cash payments are accepted.

To make an appointment please call the office on 03 379 5060. The administration team (Drea, Nikita or Bec) will make an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

ACC and Accredited employer claims that are declined will be charged as private consultations which would include any support, splinting or casting provided.
We endeavour to provide a high-quality service and treat you equitably with empathy, dignity and respect.
