APPOINTMENT OPTIONS:
Initial Consultation
Is this the first appointment at our clinic for a new injury or issue? If yes, please book this option.
If it's an urgent acute injury please call the clinic on 03 379-5060 as we may have earlier options available.​
Follow-up Consultation
Use online booking if your last appointment at our clinic for the injury or issue was within three months. Otherwise, please call the clinic as an extended appointment and extra payment may apply for bookings made if it is over three months since your last appointment. ACC cover will also need to be determined for older claims.
